Charonosaurus jiayinensis

No, this dinosaur isnt parasaurolophus, its charonosaurus, a much bigger but related genus of lambeosaurine hadrosaurid from the cretaceous period of asia. The dinosaur had the same huge crest on its head and was a plant eater. It isnt known if it had a dewlap running from its crest down the neck but it looks cool with it.
