Sciurumimus albersdoerferi

Sciurumimus is a very special genus of dinosaur. First of all it was found in germany(my home country), second it had feathers, third, it was probably just a hatchling when it died, meaning that big theropods once roamed  germany! Its tail was particularly bushy , the whole animal was covered in filamentous feather like strúctures and the bushy tail gave it the name sciurumimus which measn squirrel mimic. The juvenile specimen had a huge head compared to its very thin lean body and a tail that was a lot longer than its body!  While at first thought to be a megalosauroid, its now believed that sciurumimus was a primitive coelurosaur
