Pegomastax africanus by Teratophoneus Pegomastax africanus by Teratophoneus
this new dinosaur is one of the smallest and one ofthe strangest ones. Pegomastax is a heterodontosaur with big teeth and quills on its body. It could be desribed as the " gargoyle of the dinosaurs" (well at least thats my impression).
This is the second pegomastax on DA and one of the first pics ever of tis dinosaur. For reference I used the skull of the animal.

As I know, the unique material of Pegomastax is a partial skull and no skin impression was found, so there is no direct evidence of quills on this Dino, but it's more than highly probable that it had quills. Really nice pic btw!
