Killer Pterosaur? by Teratophoneus Killer Pterosaur? by Teratophoneus
Scaphognathus, a german genus of ramphorhynchoid pterosaur . Known from 3 skeletons, that are nearly complete, is is believed the animal had a wingspan of 90 cm - 1metre. Its rather straight teeth considered many to believe it was a n insectivore or piscivore., but some years ago I read that some belive that scaphognathus actually maybe ate other pterosaurs, using its big dagger like teeth to pierce through the bodies of smaller pterosaurs. I kinda like that idea, a killer pterosaur flying around, hunting other pterosaurs :D
Here it just ate a smaller pterosaur and now gulps it down
