JP- expanded Edmarka by Teratophoneus JP- expanded Edmarka by Teratophoneus
Name: Edmarka rex
codename: "Phantom"
lenght: 11,5 metres
height: 4metres
weigth: 3,5 tons
period: late jurassic
Dangerousness:100%-EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

Despite its bright colour, edmarka is the dinosaur that is seen so seldom, that few have ever saw it,-and lived long enough to tell about it. Because of this,it has the codename "Phantom". The population at the moment is 25+-as it is so elusiove it is difficult to tell. Edmarka is a megalosaurid and as al the other megalosaurs, highly agressive. Keepers feared this animal, its colour and size alone made it impressive and fearsome, but its unpredictable behaviour made it difficult to handle. Its highly territorial and will fight any intruder.Edmarka is a dinosaur that was kept longas a secret. The body colour is green with yellow stripes, and ideal camouflage . It has huge teeth and hunts mainly big sauropods. It has a loud screm and this is often the only thing you notice of this animal. It lives in the forest regions of site d and in a very small population on site c, how they came on site c is unknown,inGen didnt want to say anything about this. Edmarka is huge and so powerful that most other big carnivores avoid it. It concurred with torvosaurus as it was bred so it wasdecided not to bring them together. Stillat least one hybrid between those animals has been reported.. Edmarka has so far killed 5 humans- a very low killing rate; this is mainly due to its elusiveness, but its agressiveness is legendary among the keepers,a single roar from edmarka usually was enough to run out of the paddock of edmarka. According to them the only way to prevent not going to be eaten is to hear very carefully your envirnment, because if you can see it, its already too late. The eyes of edmarka are green. For some people this sight was the most fearsome sight ever. It happened a few times that edmarka came very close to humans without killing them, why is unknown. It could be that edmarka doesnt like the taste of humans, butit remains a mystery. However it is able to sneek up at prey or interesting items very quietly for such a big animal. One keeper got the scare of his life as he foud a big male edmarka exactly behind him; but despite it had already opened its mouth, it didnt kill the keeper. Again it is unkown why . As it is so agressive(even the fences werent enough to control it-one edmarka broke out 3 times but was recaptured every time) ,and so elusive and therefore difficult to capture, it isnt o the list for the 2013 park, but there is one big fence whose use is a secret. This fence is on the second island. This fence has a higher voltage and is filled with big trees. It could be that this new bult fence is for edmarka.
For a long time, no record was available how many of these animals live. expeditions on the islands have shown however that more than 25 animals are alive , a very low population ut it seems to be stable .
It was also a secret for a long time how femla edmarkas looked, but resutlts and ohotgraphic evidence showed that the femal edmarka is slightly smaller and are coloured brown. Edmarka is a closerelative of Torvosaurus another infamous megalosaurid.

Note: You already probably noticed that I am very bad at drawing humans, well its one of the few things I am not able to draw well, but hey, nobody´s perfect.

This Pic is a complete remake of my first edmarka[link]
I hated the colours I gave it in the first pic, it looked just silly beeing completely red. The new colour scheme looks much more better in my opinion

All of the coloring seems good except for the tongue and that the right leg could be darker, as with some of the other more distant/underbelly areas.

Great job as usual! The coloration on this guy is splendid. I especially love the red on the face.

Personally, I think your human is fine. You should give yourself more credit man. The only thing I see that really sticks out as strange is that his eye seems to be not oval enough. Other than that, the whole piece is awesome.

Ummm...there is a problem with your description: a hybrid between Edmarka and Torvosaurus could not have occurred, as they belong to completely different genera.

ever heard of motty, the hybrid between a african and indian elephant ?

No but I did a little search and you are right... But, anyways, this is harder with reptiles, because they are creatures that operate using their instincts, not intelligence. Mammals like elephants get along with each other because of their higher intelligence, while dinosaurs like Edmarka and Torvosaurus were probably less intelligent because of their brain being more crocodilian like(in contradiction with coelorosauria that had a brain structure more similar to that of modern birds). As a result two such animals wouldn't get along. What I'm trying to say is that such creatures probably relied on their instincts to survive, not on logic or emotions. So, if these animals met each other they would probably fight to the death, because each one's instinct tells it to protect its food sources, etc. from rival predators(or predators that are not necessarily rival but seem to be.
Hybrids between two entirely different genera of reptiles might occur, but they are extremely rare.

Some scientists even think Edmarka is just a big Torvosaurus, so the "hybrid" wouldn´t be a problem.

BTW, I preferred the dark red one. Most big theropods are brown or green, a dark red one was more distinguishable.

If it's just a big Torvosaurus there is no hybrid :D
